How to make Gluten-free Cheddar Chive Garlic Biscuits
- 2 1/4 cups of Gluten Free Bisquick baking mix
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic powder
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of minced chives – cut with scissors
- 3/4 cup of half n half
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
Whisk together the dry flours and powders until combined.
Mix in the cubed or grated butter.
Whisk in the chives and cheese.
Stir in the buttermilk until a thick, sticky dough forms.
Drop the biscuits onto the prepared baking sheets and bake until golden.
