If you’ve never made your own cheeseball at home then you are missing out! I love this cheeseball recipe because it’s so simple to make with only a few ingredients and it’s better than anything you will buy at the store.
My Best Cheese Ball Ever
- 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sour cream, at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup diced roasted red pepper, drained (optional)
Place cheeses in medium bowl; let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes or until softened.
Beat onion and Worcestershire sauce into cheeses with electric mixer on low speed until mixed.
Beat on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently, until fluffy.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours until firm enough to shape into a ball.
